Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • No signs of wear, odor, or damage

Any item that shows signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or altered items
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Accessories unless defective

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must email support@hiyendwear.com

Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Important Notes

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

HiYend Wear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
